Eric heads up Proteus, an integrated technology alternative asset solutions platform built to eliminate the inefficiencies of private investments for investors, advisors and family offices. Beginning his extensive career with Merrill Lynch over 32 years ago, Eric spent more than 11 years at T. Rowe Price where he established and managed the firm’s Private Client Group and was Chairman of the firm’s After-Tax Asset Allocation Committee. Eric then worked for the multi-family office, Spruce Private Investors and moved on to GenSpring Family Offices as a lead investment professional. Eric then developed a holistic, open-architecture wealth advisory platform for Lazard Wealth Management as its Director of Client Relationship Management Group and was Managing Partner of both Portfolio Management and Wealth Advisory at Deltec Wealth Management.


John Coogan — President of Stellar Technology Solutions
Mr. Coogan has over twenty-five years of experience in the technology, consulting, financial services and endowment foundation markets. Jeffrey Feld, CPA — Principal of Alliance Pension Consultants, LLC
Jeff and his partners guide the firm's growth through insightful understanding of client needs and how to attend to them. Jeff has served on the Employee Benefits Committee of the Illinois CPA Society for over ten years and is also an Associate Professional Member of the American Society of Pension Actuaries. He serves on the National Advisory Board of Charles Schwab as well. He frequently speaks at professional seminars and writes articles focusing on 401(k) issues, fee disclosure and other benefit plan topics. Phil has been in the investment consulting industry for over 15 years.
