I hereby apply for registration as a CharitableCapital Coachsm and submit to the jurisdiction of the Institute and hereby agree to abide by all the conditions, covenants and regulations of the Institute. I acknowledge that various proprietary materials, logos and trademarks of FEI will be used in promoting the program and that these materials, logos and trademarks shall be and remain the sole property of FEI. I acknowledge that such proprietary materials will not be used in any form without the prior written approval by properly authorized representatives of FEI and that non-payment of program fees will require that any and all program materials provided must be either returned to FEI or destroyed. |
